GRATITUDE. As we are probably all aware by now, that practicing gratitude can significantly change our view point, our stress levels and leads to actual physical changing in the brain.
One way to do this is to track gratitude and achievement using a journal. Each day, you can include 3 things you are grateful for and 3 things you are proud of. When you begin to do this naturally, then you will soon see positive changes.
